don’t feeeeel so gooood
On the way home from the gym I stopped off at Trader Joes (my favorite grocery store in back bay — It’s so tiny!) I picked up a few items and then began to look for the one item that motivated me to go there in the first place - Joe Joes!
For those of you who don’t know, Joe Joes are like oreos — but way better. They taste better and are made with no hydrogenated oils (as if that’s supposed to make me feel better about eating junk food)
OK - back to my story. I’m looking around for the Joe Joes and I’m not finding them. I ask for help and, after a minute of searching, the gentleman tells me that they are out. Damn! OK - maybe it’s a sign that I shouldn’t be eating junk food.
No wait! It’s a sign that I should be buying Peanut Butter Cups instead! Yes! Yes! That’s it! So I get home and proceed to eat the Peanut Butter Cups one by one. Unwrapping each one as if it were the richest delicacy. Popping it into my mouth and feeling the creamy chocolate melt and reveal the sugar laced peanut butter inside.
After a few tantalizing moments the WHOLE bucket of peanut butter cups is GONE! I knew this would happen. I knew what I was doing all along. I just couldn’t resist.
